Privacy Policy

Omnichannel CRM ("we", "the Service") provides a unified inbox that lets businesses ("Customers") manage conversations from Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp in one place. This policy explains what data we process and why.
Data we process
- Account data for Customer staff: name, email, role.
- Connected channel data: page/account identifiers and access tokens that the Customer authorises via Meta login, stored encrypted.
- Conversation data: messages, sender profile name and avatar, and delivery status exchanged between the Customer and the people who message them.
How we use it
Solely to deliver the inbox service: routing incoming messages to the right Customer, letting their agents reply, and (optionally) generating AI replies to common questions. We do not sell personal data or use message content for advertising.
Data from Meta platforms
We access Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp data through Meta's official APIs strictly under the permissions each Customer grants, and use it in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Access tokens are revocable at any time by disconnecting the channel or removing the app in the Customer's Meta settings.
Retention & deletion
Conversation data is retained for the life of the Customer's account. Raw webhook logs are pruned after 30 days. End users can request deletion of their data via our data deletion process; Customers can delete their workspace to remove all associated data.
Data deletion
If you interacted with a business through our Service and want your data removed, you can remove the app from your Meta account — Meta will notify us and we will erase your profile data automatically. You may also email privacy@example.com. Our automated endpoint returns a confirmation code you can use to check deletion status.
